UNSOLVED CRIMES
FARMERS EXPRESS ALARM. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, .This Lay. Alarm at the number of unsolved major crimes in recent years was expressed in a Nelson remit carried by the Dominion Executive of the Farmers’ Union. The remit advocated the interchange of a police officer or officers with the C.I.D. Scotland Yard-. Mr P. J. O’Regan, who is representing Canterbury-West Coast, suggested that steps should be taken to obtain ai return of unsolved major crimes. He was satisfied that if such a .return could be obtained it would be absolutely staggering. •
