YOUNG MAN KILLED INSTANTLY.
FALL OF COAL IN MINE. (Per Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, This Day. Mr James O’Donnell, a single man, aged 24, was killed by a fall of coal m the Roa mine at 9.30 this morning. A shot had been firedi by the deputy and O’Donnell and his mate went to the face to remove the coal. O’Donnell was filling the truck when a fall from the roof killed him .instantly.
