The Noumea again unsuccessfully attempted to tow the Swedish motor-ship Hoegh Trader off the Horseshoe Reef. A call has been sent for divers ro blast the rock. H.M.S. Leith, which has been standing by, left at two o’clock this morning- ‘ Prospects of salvage are not bright.
