NEW ZEALAND TITLE RETAINED. DANNEVIRKB, April 26. The Dominion draughts' championship was retained by G. A. Brown, of Sydenham, who scored 27 points, winning £l6 and a ten-guinea challenge cup. D. Calderwood was runner-up with 26 points and received £l2. In the handicap section, J. Shandbolt was first.
