WELLINGTON RUGBY UNION. WELLINGTON, March 11. The annual report of the Wellington Rugby Union states that, taking adverse factors into account, the past season from the financial point of view must be regarded as satisfactory. Gate receipts were slightly ahead of those in 1933. The standard of play, however, did l not reach the level of! the previous season. The year ended with a credit balance of £132.
