JANUARY RETURNS. EXPORTS STILL EXPANDING. (United Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, February 13. The Board of Trade figures for overseas trade in January show a substantial expansion of exports when compared with the corresponding month of last year, and a moderate increase over the December figures.
