BAN ON HORNS.

Hore-Belisha (Minister for Transport), in the House of Commons, announced his willingness'Jo give favourable consideration to any application from local authorities fqr the, experimental extension of silence zones during the whole 24 hours. The ban on sounding motor horns after 11.30 p.m. has been in operation for several months.
