DAMAGES FOR LIBEL. COMPANY AGREES TO PAY. (United Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, August 11. The lawsuits over the film concerning Rasputin, which have been, pending throughout tlio world, have been settled out of Court. This was announced by Miss Fanny Holtzman, the American lawyer representing Princess Youssoupoff.’ The terms include Metro-Gold-wyn-Mayer paying the largest libel damages ever obtained, which are reported to exceed £IOO,OOO, and also apologising to the Princess and publishing an announcement that the Natasha in the film is purely fictional.
