PEOPLE’S COURT.
REVOLUTIONARY TRIBUNAL, LONDON, May 3. Herr Hitler’s declaration in {1930 that “heads will roll,” appears likely to be fulfilled, says the Berlin correspondent of the “Times,” by the tion of a revolutionary tribunal. Charges of sedition and high treason henceforth will he tried by a People’s Court consisting of five Judges, two of whom are members of the judiciary and three laymen, untrained in law, hut experienced in combating subversive activities.
There can be no appeal against its sentences. The death penalty is provided for the treasonable instigation of subversive propaganda, by means of letter-press, gramophone or wireless.
