FATAL LANDSLIDE.
AN INDIAN FAMILY BURIED. TORRENTIAL RAIN IN FIJI. (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 1.5 p.m.) SUVA, May 25. Torrential rain fell in the island of Ovalau on Monday night, being the greatest in living memory. A landslide covered a road for a length of 100 yards to a depth of 12 feet. It destroyed a dwelling and buried an Indian farmer, his wife, and daughter. Their bodies have not been recovered.
