(United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) CAPE TOWN, October 12. The Minister of Agriculture has issued a permit for the Dairy Association to import butter. The drought caused a shortage, resulting in an advance in price to 2s s'd per lb. The Union exported 5,000,0001b5, which are, selling overseas at B£d per lb.
