BOOKMAKER FINED.
PENALTY OF £SO IMPOSED. (Per Press Association) HAWERA, April 5. Pleading guilty to having carried on the business of a bookmaker at Hawera, Tony Urlich, a rcstaurantenr, was lined £SO by Mr Salmon, S.M., to-day. On a further charge of keeping a common gaming house he was convicted and ordered to pay costs.
