MOTION FOR QUASHING. KAMO SPRINGS CASE. , (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Two electors of Marsden applied to the Supreme Court to-day to nave the publican’s license of the Kamo Springs hotel quashed, and a writ of certiorari issued against the Marsden! Licensing Committee declaring the issue of the license invalid. The license was granted on June 11, 1929, to Walter Henry Cutbert, with whom the Whangarei Hospital Board was joined as defendant. Important points concerning interpretation of the Licensing Act were raised, and reference was made to the Ashburton case,' which is to go before the Privy Council. Decision was reserved '
