WESTMINSTER BRIDGE RUN. ACROSS WITHIN 11 CHIMES. LONDON, May 22. Cecil Bailey, a London athlete, wagered £SO that he could cross Westminster Bridge, a distance of 340yds, while Big Ben struck 12. He beat the eleventh chime, crossing the bridge in 46 seconds.
