The aerial age is brought a big step nearer with a British attempt to provide a runabout single-seater aeroplane to be sold for £3OO. Tbese are at present being constructed at the Brooklandfi Aerodrome. They are intended for short trips. The wing span is 25ft. and the 'planes have an A.8.C.-Scorpion engine.
