NEW BRITISH 'PLANES.
WILL COST ONLY £3OO. (United Press Association—Copyright.) LONtDON, December 29. The aerial age is brought a big step nearer with a British attempt to provide a runabout single-seater aeroplane to be sold for £3OO. Tbese are at present being constructed at the Brooklandfi Aerodrome. They are intended for short trips. The wing span is 25ft. and the 'planes have an A.8.C.-Scorpion engine. It is the answer to a German firm's two-seater runabout selling at £SOO. — Australian Press Association.
