'Cook (secretary of the British Miners Federation) lias sent a letter thanking Soviet bodies, promising greater revolutionary activity in Britain, and stating that he intended to visit Russia again in May. The letter adds: “It is necessary to employ Russian methods to win. We must "reorganise the trade unions on a class war basis, discarding leaders of the MacDonald and Thomas typo, who believe), in compromise with capitalists. ■ . ~•* •
