In the current number of the " St. Dunstan's Review" Sir Arthur Pearson tells of an interesting conversation he had with his old friend, .LieutenantGeneral Sir Robert Baden-Powell. 8.P., although he has excellent eyesight, makes a habit of doing many things as though he were blind.
