M. DELCASSE'S RESIGNATION.
LONDON, October 13. Questioned in the Chamber of Deputies, M. Viviani saW M. Delcasse had previously sent in his resignation, and had renewed it during a visit to London on Friday. M. Delcasse did not give illness as the reason.
M. Viviani added that a most perfect understanding existed 'between French Ministers and the Allies.
The excitement in political circles in London is echoed in Paris, where the mystery of M. Delcasse's resignation is still unrevealed. ' -
