Fears are expressed in London that the Allies' efforts proving inadequate might result in Greece and Roumania being driven into the German camp, and the siege ot the Dardanelles being raised.
The "Globe" hints at the possibility of the transfer of the forces on the Peninsnla to meet the' advance through Serbia. It says the 'Government is divided on the slibject>The paper adds that it is vital that"~the German plan to link the Central Powers with Turkey should be frustrated, other considerations being momentarily subordinated to this end.
