DUNEDIN, June 23. Oats.—Owing to little shipping being done, last week has been a very quiet one m the. oat market and the demand for both A and B grades has fallen off, while-medium and discoloured are hard to place. Quotations: Prime milling Gartons Is 6-Jd to Is 7sd, Sparrowbills Is 6'd to Is 6|d. good to best fine Is ■ 4^d to Is s£d and inferior to medium Is 2d to Is 4d. Wheat.—For all prime milling wheat fit for shipment^ there is a good demand, but any lines not prime have not met with the same enquiry. Fowl wheat is m full supnlv. and lower prices have to be accepted. Quotations: Prime milling 4s Id to 4s 2d, medium to good 3s lid to 4s, best whole fowl wheat 3s 8d to 3s 9d, medium 3s 4d to 3s 7d, broken and damaged 2s 9d to 3s 3d. Chaff.—Large supplies of prime oaten sheaf chaff are coming forward and have found • a ready sale at from £2 12s 6d to £2 15s; medium to good is hard of sale at from £2 to £2 7s 6d and inferior is neglected at from 30s to 37s 6d. Potatoes.—Any. good line free from blight is readily" saleable, while those not prime are hard to quit. There is a fair enquiry for seed lines. Quotations are: Up To Dates £3 10s to £3 las, medium to good £3 to £3 7s 6d, and inferior £2 5s to £2 15s.
