BERLIN, March 1. Germany proposes to add insurance of widows and orphans'to the existing old age scheme. Employer and employee will each pay half, the Government adding 50 marks in the case of a widow's pension and 30 marks each lor orphans. Insurance sickness for agricultural workers, servants, and casual labourers is also provided. INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT. Received March 2, 8.35' a.m.' LONDON, March 1.
