DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR. Received March 2, 8.35 a.m. LONDON, March 1. Mr E, Crean, Nationalist member for South-east Cork, has issued a-summons against Mr Joseph Delvin, Nationalists member for Belfast West, charging him with disorderly behaviour at the National Convention of the United Irish League in Dublin. . This is the .first, prosecution under the Public Meetings Act passed by Parliament at' the initiation of Lord Robert Cecil last session.
