ELTHAM, March 1. The five candidates selected at the conference of the License and Nolicense parties have been returned unopposed for the Ee;mont Licensing Committee, thus avoiding the expense of a contest. NAPIER, March-2. Only the old members of the Licensing Committee were nominated, and this rendered an election unnecessary.
