The following have been- nominated for the Avon Licensing Committee : Messrs J. R. Brunt, C. H. Winny, G. D. McFarlane, E. H. Little, W. W. Tanner, J. A. Fleeher'and C. H. Walter and the "Rev. I. Sarginson. The election will take place on Tuesday, March 9, between 9, a.m. and 7 p.m. RICCARTON. The following candidates have been nominated for the Riccarton Licensing Committee: Messrs G. Bailey, R. A. Ballantyne, 0. Benjamin, A. Boyle, S. Bullock. W. J. Ellison, J. McOom.be, W. W. ; Morton, C. A. Richardson and John Smith. KAIAPQI, The number of nominations for the Kaiapoi Licensing Committee was five, the required number, and the candidates will be declared elected. They are: Messrs W. Doubleday (Kaiapoi), J. W. Foster (Rangiora), C. Leech (Rangiora), P. M. Stewart (Papanui), and J. L. Wilson (Kaiapoi). HURUNUI. Messrs T. McNaught, C. B. Mason, J. Dampier-Crossley, and G. Renner have been nominated as members of the Hurunui Licensing Committee. GERALDINE. The following were nominated and declared elected as a Licensing Committee for the Geraldine district: J. Talbot, J, Opie, J. H. Morris, J. Blyth, T. Buxton. TIMARU. The old committee, consisting of Messrs J. Jackson, W. B. Howell, D.. Stuart, C. Bowker and H. White were nominated and declared elected. ' LYTTELTON. The election of the Lyttelton Licensing Committee will take place on Tu.esday next. The Moderate party is as follows: Messrs R. Orton Bradley, Colin Cook (Mayor of Lyttelton), S, W. Mitchell, P, Fender, aifd J. Richardson (Mayor of Woolston). The Lyttelton No-license League has nominated the following gentlemen: Messrs M. J. Miller, J. T. Norton, George Scqtv t W\ T.
