THE WRECK OF THE PENGUIN.
Per Press Association. THE INQUEST. WELLINGTON, March 1. Evidence- was given 10-day at the Penguin inquest by a number of sur- 1 vivors from the wreck. A statement also was made by the local manager [ of the I'nion Company as to the action taken by the company's officials in making necessary arrangements in dealing with affairs arising out of the wreck. The inquest will finish this afternoon.
