(Received February 27, 8.10 a.m.) CALCtTITA, February 26. • Colonel Howitt, Lieutenant-Governor of Agra and Oudh, announced in a durbar at Meerut that, owing to schoolmasters preaching sedition, the Government had resumed control of the district board schools throughout the division.
