Press Censor Dismissed.
Saratoff Police Resign.
Received Feb. 3,8.47 a.m. St Petersbubg, Feb. 2 Workmen at Odessa fired on the police, seriously wounding the Chief of the Police. M. Sevoreff, the press censor m St. Petersburg, has been dismissed. This is it-tarpreted to mean that he allowed the news of the recent massacre to be telegraphed abroad. In order to avoid using their sabres, the entire police force at SaratofE resigned. A military paper m St. Petersburg has published the offensive Mobcow placard, contrary to, Count Lamsdorff's express instructions against its circulation.
