observed this coming on which has kept me very unhappy. My own opinion is if he could be sent for a trip to sea, with some careful person, who would not let him have grog that that he would return quite well. If that can be effected the sooner he is got away the letter. I see plainly now that it will not do to put off much time, or it will be attended with sad consequences, it gives me very great pain to make this statement but I feel I am no longer conceal the truth.
