or assurances which shall be requisite or necessary to perfect their title to such lands and heriditaments agreed to be sold and to convey and confirm the same unto the respective purchasers thereof and the said Donald McLean doth hereby grant to the said Peter Wilson all such further power and authority as may be necessary to enable him to carry into effect the objects and purposes aforesaid as fully and effectually as if the said Donald McLean was personally present and whatever the said Peter Wilson shall lawfully do or cause to be done in the premises the said Donald McLean doth hereby for himself his heir executors and administrators undertake to ratify and confirm.
