To all to whom these presents shall come, Donald McLean late of New Plymouth now of Wellington Land Commissioner sends greetings. Whereas the said Donald McLean is possessed of certain lands in the district of Taranaki and situated on the South bank of the Waiwakaio river estimated to contain about twenty acres and at present held in lease by Gudgeon, and he is desirous of appointing an Agent in the said district to act for him in the receiving of rents and in the leasing managing or disposing of the said lands and to invest him with the powers and authorities hereinafter mentioned.
