Te Aoute, April 10th, 1851. Sir, In answerto your letter of the 10th inst., requesting the probable content in acres of Te Hapuka's block, I consider that at the lowest calculation the Block will contain 250,000 acres, which is as near as I can at present estimate untill the work is plotted.
