I like the paper very much as it contains good practical suggestions and shall be very glad to be favoured with your ideas respecting it. I feel exceedingly sorry it has been/so long in my hands without being sent to you the fact is I have been so much hurried about from place to place of late that I had not time to give it the attention which it really merits.
