Mr. Domett, Inform Mr. McLean that arrangements will be made for undertaking the survey of the Native Reserve, and for fixing the outer boundaries as soon as the Government ascertains that the negotiations with the natives for the purchase are sufficiently advanced to justify the expense being incurred.
