Lastly, these are assuredly all the payments for our land; and having fully and truly consented in the presence of this assembly to all the conditions contained in this paper which have been ecplained and made clear and public to us by Mr. McLean, we hereunto write our names and marks. And Mr. McLean having consented on behalf of the Governors of New Zealand to all the conditions in this paper giving up land, he Mr. McLean subscribes his name.
