could give no other decision in the face of the evidence adduced in Court. I go to Waikato tomorrow morning 6 1/2 a.m. by coach. I take Marshall and Maning with me. The latter looks very unwell and perhaps the run will do him good. He will also assist in getting the "returned rebels" allocated on the different blocks of land which will be set apart for them.
