Auckland 26 April 65 My dear McLean, There 65 men going by the Burgoyne, Higt Scully will give you the agreement, which is the best we can make. If any more men than the 65 should get on board, I hope you will pay for their passage. (This is likely to occur.) There are many more men here who wish to go. Scully will explain everything that has been done. I think he will do so better than I can write. I am glad we have been so successful
