quantity of Miro and some of the finest Rimu I have seen. Should the land be, hereafter, subdivided into Sections, I think, that in the course of a few years, they would under judicious management, become some of the finest farms in the Colony. In the event of a road (which from the nature of the ground, might be very easily made) being laid out from the Town to the above district, I have no doubt that the land would be eagerly sought after by agriculturists.
