Monthly Abstracts will be prepared by the Inspector, for his own salary, which will be paid by the sub-Treasurer, in like manner as the salaries of other Officers. The Inspector will be supplied with the requisite funds for the payment of the salaries of Non-Commissioned Officers and Privates, from the Sun-Treasury; on furnishing a weekly statement in the form of an estimate of the number of persons of each grade, not exceeding that of the authorised establishment, it being intended that the Corps should be paid weekly.
