Wellington, 2nd, October 1872. My dear McLean, I am very much obliged for your information about the "Luna." As I have a sitting in Bankruptcy here on Monday, I should prefer Friday for starting specially convenient. I am not now due at Napier till Monday the 12th; but I should have been obliged to go by by the "Kuru" tomorrow, if you had not informed me of the "Luna" With many thanks, Yours very truly, (Signed) Alexander J. Johnston. To:- The Hon. D. McLean.
