The Cinderella Chib had a •‘bright ind shining" appearance on Friday .light as the result of ar vigorous work ng bee held during the week by mem bers; ’ Hostesses for the evening were Joan Kivell,' Mary Henderson. Nita fuller. K. Hanratty, Mary Hogg. Clare {eating, Alice Kelly and Marie ban ting. . .
Men from Trentham were present in arge numbers and the. Air Force wa> veil represented. During the evening r member of. the Air Force, a frequent Visitor to the club, was farewelled on . he eve of his transfer to another station, and ’‘For lie’s a Jolly Good 1’ el ’ow” was sung in his honour. ' A soldier rom Trentham ’played extras which vere much appreciated.
Sunday’s tea was enjoyed by - many nen of the Forces; Mrs. Allens or hestra p’ov'ded the music for dancing
