NO HOLIDAY BREAK FOR AIR FORCE RELATIONS

At the December meeting of Air Force Relations in Wellington, the committee decided that, work should continue during the holiday season, as knitted garments are urgently needed for the men overseas, who are now experiencing the winter in Europe and Canada.

The office at No. 1 Aitken Street will be open each morning during Christmas week, except on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. The usual Wednesday knitting and sewing circle will not be held that week, but in the following week will be held on Friday, January 3. The office will be closed on New Year’s Day and January 2, but will be open as usual on the other days of that week. ■ ' - - ■

The committee wishes to thank all who have worked and given help during the year and ask for their continued cooperation. ■
