Resignation. No. 962.—Constable Brown, Thomas James. Bth June, 1910. Reivards. Auckland. — Constable E. Claydon, No. 1555, has been awarded £8 for the arrest of George H. Tobin, a deserter from H.M.S. “ Challenger.” (10/2.) Auckland.— District Constable R. H. Moss has been awarded £2 for services in connection with the conviction of J. W. Katavich for sly-grog selling at Mangawai. (10/1205.) Thames. —Constable J. Henry, No. 753, has been awarded £1 for services in connection with the conviction of Charles Gosper for illegally taking liquor into a no-license district. (10/1223.) Thames. —Constable J. Henry, No. 753, has been awarded £1 for services in connection with the conviction of Daniel Dwyer for illegally taking liquor into a no-license district. (10/1224.)
Napier. —District Constable W. Torr has been awarded £1 for services in connection with the oonviction of Hami Hape for supplying Maori women with liquor. (10/1209.)
Wellington. —Sergeant N. Miller, No. 335, and Constables C. Grey, No. 518, and J. Tanner, No. 901, have been awarded £1 each for services in connection with the conviction of Maggie Johnston for ordering liquor for a no-license district without supplying the name of the person it was for. (10/241 )
