Roxburgh. —About 12.5 a.m., 3rd instant, an attempt was made to burn the store kept by Louis Faigan, Miller’s Plat. Kerosene had been spilt on the ground, and one of the weatherboards and a floor-joist partly burned. The stock and building were insured for £3BO, which was not considered excessive.
