Absconding from Industrial School.
Richard F. W. Perrin absconded from Burnham Industrial School on the 27th ultimo. Description : Seventeen years of ago, slight, tall build, fair hair and complexion; dressed in moleskin suit and brown-tweed cap ; was committed from Wellington in 1893. He may have been enticed away by John Henry Lewis, alias “Nosey ” (see Police Gazette, 1900, page 114).
