Masterton. —Morgan O’Meara is charged on warrant with disobeying an order of the Court, made on the 27th July, 1894, to pay £1 per week towards the support of his wife and three children. Description: A native of Tasmania, a painter, about thirty-five years of age, sft. lOfin. high, medium build, very fair complexion, fair hair beard whiskers and moustache, blpe eyes, medium nose, scar at back of head, long cut on third and fourth left fingers; usually wears a dark-cloth suit, and hard black-felt hat. Christchurch. —Robert Hamilton is charged on warrant to apprehend with deserting his child Ronald, aged four years, Description : Irish, a stonemason, fifty-seven years of age, sft. 7in. high, medium build, fair complexion, very dark hair turning grey, sandy beard whiskers and moustache ; usually wears a serge sac coat, light trousers, and cloth hat; carries a stick. Offender engaged with Mrs. Elizabeth Williams, of St. Albans, to keep the child at Bs. per week, but is about £lO in arrears. He left for Wellington on the 25th ultimo.
