Edwahd Carrington Buxton Sutherland is charged, on warrant issued by the Dunedin Bench, with disobejing an order, since June, 1879, to pay £1 per week towards the support of his five children, at Dunedin. He was heard of at the Albion Hotel, Dunedin, on the 7th ultimo.
