Information is requested respecting the whereabouts of Charles Hassett, a native of County Clare, Ireland, a labourer, about forty-two years of age, 5 feet 8 inches high, fresh complexion, blue eyes, light-brown hair ; served fifteen years in the 70th Regiment. He joined the Armed Constabulary, at Wellington, on the Ist December, 1873, and was discharged from the force, at Te Kapu, on the 6tli October, 1874, and soon after left Te Wairoa for Wellington. Inquiry is made for him at the request of Thomas Webb, Orr’s Hotel, Wellington.

Information is requested respecting the whereabouts of Arthur Hornby, a native of Yorkshire, a saddler, about thirtythree years of age, 5 feet 8 inches high, fair complexion, blue eyes, round-shouldered; fond of drink and billiard-playing. He was heard of at Rakaia in March, 1880. Inquiry is made for him at the request of his wife, who resides in George Street, Port Chalmers.
