April 21. Races at Feilding. The Feilding races, held on Easter Monday and Tuesday, attracted the usual large contingent from here. Mr. and Mrs. C. Louisson, Mt. and Mrs. Davis, Mr. and Mrs. Levin, Mrs. Bell, Mrs. Tripe, Mrs. and Miss Pascal, Mrs. F. S. Mcßae, Miss Warburton, Miss Mawrinney, Miss D. Waldegrave, wer® amongst others who went over. The Picture Shows.
The picture shows all did splendidly throughout the week. Mr. and Mrs. Loughnan. Mr. and Mrs. McDonald. Mr. C. E. Waldegrave, and Miss D. Waldegrave, Miss Mawhinney, Mr. and Mrs. Davis, Mrs. H. N. Gibbons, Mrs. and Miss Watson, Mr. and Mrs. Rutherfurd, Miss Armstrong, Miss Bond, Mrs. Eliot, Miss Suttie, the Misses Mowlem, were a few present on different occasions. Personal.
Mr. and Mrs. A. Guy are away at Rotorua. Mrs. Patterson, who has been the guest of Mrs. R. M. McKnight, returned to her home in Wanganui on Monday last.
Dr. and Mrs. Wilson left on Wednesday en route for England. Miss Willie Fraser accompanied them. Mrs. and Miss Aileen McKnight spent a few days this week in Wellington. Mr. and Mrs. C. Louisson have gone to Christchurch for a week or ten days. Mrs. Homan spent a few days in Wanganui this week. Mrs. C. Smith and Miss Ella Smith have gone oil a long visit to Raurimu. Miss Suttie has been visiting her sisters.
Mrs. A. Eliot and Mrs. Beveridge returned to their homes, in Auckland, at the end of last week. Mr. Morrah (Bank of Australasia) spent the Easter holidays in Wellington.
