The Members of the Force in command of districts will forward to this office an accurate description of any of the criminal class changing their haunts in this Province, or leaving for any of the other settlements or colonies, that communications may be conveyed, intimating such facts, to those in charge of the former, or in other places to the heads of the several Police Departments.

Certified copies of the original charge and information must accompany each Warrant, which must be forwarded to the Commissioner’s office.

The Members of the Force and the Special Constables throughout the Province will in every instance file the Police Gazette for future reference. The responsible persons v eglecting to comply with this order will be supplied with the numbers deficient, and charged with the cost.
