Development Programme: 1,300 chains fencing, 600 chains repair fencing, five houses, eight implement-sheds, three wool-sheds, one cottage to renovate, one cottage and part one house to be moved, eight sets sheep-yards, ten stock-dams, 180 chains roading, 320 chains tracks, water-supply for houses. Progress : 400 chains fencing and 160 chains farm tracks carried out prior to possession date. Tunatau, at Mangaweka, 1,413 acres. Acquired: April, 1949.
